Lots of Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to mock Manchester City after the Citizens posted a cheeky dig at the Reds on their official Twitter account.
Replying to a post about iconic Premier League balls, City replied: “This one was good”, with an image of last season’s match ball inches away from crossing the line. As some will know, this is how close Liverpool came to taking the lead at the Etihad in a game that they ultimately lost 2-1, and eventually cost them the title.
